Serves 2 • 1 cup frozen strawberries • 2 ripe bananas • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt • 1 cup low-fat milk • ¼ cup grape juice • 2 teaspoons honey |

Blend all ingredients for about 1 minute, pour into serving glass. |
