Acceptances of Terms and Conditions by using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd. The laws of Singapore shall govern all contractual issues (in their respective legal jurisdictions) arising from the use of this site.

Acceptance of Terms of Sale
Customer accepts the terms of sale and is bound to the terms of sale stipulated. The contract of sale is thus dated and timed at the moment of clicking upon the proceed button. The timing of the terms of sale is captured on the purchase order sent via electronic mail.
Offer of Product
Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd offers Customer the purchase of product items (books and supplements) that is shown and available at www.mybloodtypestore.com.
Customer hereby appoints Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd to provide the following product items stated under the Terms of Sale which is identified by a purchase order number via the purchase order page and electronic mail.
Payment of Product
Upon clicking on the proceed button on the purchase order page, Customer hereby agrees to pay Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd the total amount set forth in the contract of sale and any other mutually agreed charges. This should be paid in the denominated currency that has been stated in the purchase order.
For orders delivered to Singapore, the purchase price is stated in SGD currency.
Service Level Support
Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd will provide the product items stated in the email purchase order and deliver the items to intended delivery address as stipulated by Customer.
Promotions
From time to time, Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd will be offering promotions on its product items. Customer is bound to the additional terms and conditions that apply when exercising the right to participate in the promotion. Promotional offers are not binding to Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd outside the period of promotion.
Limitation of Liability
Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd shall not be liable to Customer or any other person for any incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind (including lost revenues or profits, loss of business, goodwill or data, or anticipated savings) in way related to this Agreement, whether in contract or tort, regardless of whether Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd was advised, had other reason to know, or in fact knew of the possibility thereof.
The liability of Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd in any event for any claim under this Agreement whether arising out of breach of contract (including breach of warranty) or tort (including negligence and strict liability) shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by Customer to Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd under this Agreement.
This term of sale, unless stated otherwise, is only applicable for the sale of product items within the countries of Singapore. Healthy Harvest will not be held liable for any items exported out of the country of destination, should the Customer choose to do so.
Returns Policy (Local Customers)
We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our local customers, except under these circumstances :
- The products are found to be defective and reported to Healthy Harvest within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- The products must be in their original condition.
- The return products must be authorised by Health Harvast Pte Ltd.
- Refunds will be a credit towards future orders or replacement with same product for the same dollar value of the merchandise.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- We cannot accept products return after 7 days of purchase.
THINGS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ABOUT OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES
Returns
We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers, except under two circumstances.
- If it was a result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
- If any product is found to be defective , we have to be notified within 7 days of receipr of your order . We will replace with the same product or it shall be a credit towards your future purchase but we will be unable to credit you for the shipping charges that incurred in processing your package.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service available. Duties and Taxation
Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues
While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation e mail sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated. Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the customer and, Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
Privacy Statement
Healthy Harvest Pte Ltd uses information collected from Customer to process specifically for Customer’s order. No information provided by Customer is used for other purposes or unauthorised parties unless authorised by Customer and or specified by law.
Contact information from the purchase order form is used to send orders to Customer. It is also used to get in touch with Customer to inform them of the delivery status of their orders.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Harvest, its affiliates, employees and agents from and against all claims and expense, including indemnification of legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the customer’s use of Healthy Harvest services. This indemnification also covers customer’s breach of alleged breach of any terms in this term of sale.
